once the weathers better, for working outside, ill give you a hand as ya know bruv. so may speed things up but knowing me, me being there may slow things down at times too ;-)
i know youve got the frame head but what other bits do you need ?

I think i might be able to get away with just doing the framehead for now, if i cut just infront of the fire wall/bulkhead it will save having to replace the bottom half of that aswell, inner wings need some attention, proberly just repair the splits in them for now tho.
Raise the back end up, make a skid plate and some chopping on metal around the front end to make space for the beam maybe requiered if i can get some cash for a lump of metal im after ;D

Nah, id end up having to do floor pans, heater channels, n stuff if i did that... if i just chop the frame head off n weld the new one on then i can leave the rest of it rusted together ;D

Update: no photos yet but when ive got some noticeable stuff done ill get some... Ive now got off my list of things to get: Framehead Beam Air shocks Steering box Range rover compressor picking up front brakes and 2 trailing arms tomorrow from Aldershot ( if anyone has any King & link pin beam bits spare let me know please ) still left to get/ do Drop Spindles 2 more trailing arms King & link pin set Air tank, Air lines, Valves and fittings although dodgey might be helping with them Get the beam narrowed Strengthen the beam (shock towers will be suporting the entire weight of the front) Weld framehead on (need to borrow a decent welder for a day or 2)

less work to do and more money to spead unfortunatly, got about £100 - £150 to spend yet on air stuff, £200ish on beam bits, then a fook load more stuff to buy for the new welder

more progress finally got round to replacing my smash & gaffa taped window with the spare one finished one tub :chill been making panels too... both inner arches now made got to cut out that nice new red panel so i can measure, re-measure and then measure again before replacing the bent bit :rolleyes so far ive worked out that sorting out the damage and the mods is costing me about £650 by the time its done, thats just in parts, hate to think how much id have clocked up in hours if i was paying someone to do all this :lol
