Bit of a set back today Workin on the inside of the bus cos of the weather, just doing a few last bits to make ready the curtains and cushions going back in.... and the leak at the rear hatch has re-appeared Ive had a good look at the seal which was replaced new a few weeks back (best german quality seal) and it seems to foul a little on the top curtain rail so I took that off, dried the top of the window and closed the hatch to see if it made a difference - NOPE Just tried some vaseline along it now to see if that helps and still it seeps in and pools on the top of the window. Any ideas folks? We've spent a fair bit of cash on the curtains and recovering the cushions so Im not keen on putting it all back in until the leak is stopped

i thought about it, but im not sure if thats gonna sort it. From what I can figure out, its like there is too much gap and the seal doesnt operate properly. I dont think the seal has been pushed too far in? Rebecca suggested using foam draught excluder on the opposing surface to close the gap, which i think aint a bad idea.
