Right shifted the muffler so its gona be loud he he also managed to get the pipe work into the back of the car. Ive got to work out were the fook the air filters going to end up but thats tmws job finished the modded exhaust and fitted the wastegate welded a patch on to inlet manifold so i could tap out and fit the NOS injector and water injection jet made a braket for the NOS, fuel and water injection solinoids as i cant find cant oil inlet flanges in th UK i made my own ive ran out of alluminium so couldnt make the drain but will get on to that next week, so it looks like its engine and transmission out tmw then i can soilid mount the transmission. Strip the heads off the engine and work out how to lower the compression ratio from 9.5:1 to 8.:1

right engine is out taken the heads of and checked the deck hieght i now have a question piston dia is 94mm stroke is 84mm deck is zero heads are 66cc so i work that out as 9.8:1 as i want around 8:1 to 8.5:1 if i fit a 1.5mm shim i will get 8.6:1 if i fit a 2.25mm shim i will get 8.14:1 nice box of bit arrived fitted the solid mount stripped top end off and fitted spacers and shims to lower compression, and fitted new clutch so engine is ready to back in TMW

hi all not much done this weeked due to a family birthday :whistle: any way spent hours grinding the inside of the inlet manifold to smooth it out and radius the internal corners fitted the BOV and painted the inlet plenums got to order some gaskets and sort out were im getting the porsche cooling from. Got so much too do and so little time lol back with the progress starting to come together more bits in the post boost controller 3 bar map, sensor and a sheet of copper to make my exhaust gasket thats is so far nearly there hoping to get the car to Big bang so fingers crossed thanks for looking andy

are you some sort of rocket scientist ?
im hoping that you get it finished ready in time for big bang. it was great watching you run last year but now youve added turbo n nos n allsorts of other gizmos, man its gunna take off.
