Wisharts right, stock wheels are the way to go. I have just put a set of 5.5 chromies on my bug with 145's stretched on the front, they look fookin awesome!!!

them wheels are fricking sweet!! i like chromies!! but you are brave with them on this time of the year what with all the salt on the road!! i bet you out there cleaning them all the time!

Met a guy off here called Greenbugboy in the multistory carpark at Sol Central last night, running a VERY cool slammed Green 70's Bug..... had stock 14" bay rims on and they were cool as! Hoping he gets back on here and posts some pics ;D

hello mate, here i am, i thort i would pop on and say hi, here is my slammed bug, im runing 14" bay wheels, as i have bay hubs etc! my bug has gone down 3 splines rear and god knows how much at the front, but its going lower once my beams cut! this pic is not to good and makes it look very opposite rake! will get some bettetr ones soon.

cheers mate, just priced a air shock set up for the front of it today, and a -4" narrowed beam and some 3.5" drop spindals so it should be sitting pretty low when its done!
